1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Free Standard Shipping: On all orders of $75 or more.
Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $5.00 applies to orders under $75.
- Estimated delivery times vary depending on your destination, typically ranging from 7 to 15 business days. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to check the status of your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking portal to become active.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Weikefw is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
